What would happen if someone swiped the card at a retailer that was not authorized or in the catalog
Last Updated: May 20, 2019If someone swipes their Zestful card at a retailer/vendor that is not authorized by the admin, or is not in the catalog, the card will decline. Individuals who experience a decline will receive an email explaining why their attempted purchase was declined.
When you explore the catalog as an employee (non-admin), you will only see products that you have the ability to spend a balance on. You will not see ALL of the products that exist in the Zestful catalog, rather only the ones your admin has allowed for you. Your catalog make look different (when you log in) than the catalog on the Zestful.com home page.
